Is phở gluten-free?
Every phở on our menu is marked gluten-free (GF), including Phở Bò, Combo Phở, Oxtail Phở, Vegan Phở and the Little Phở kids bowl. The noodles are rice noodles. All of our handmade milk teas and coffees are gluten-free too, and so is our tapioca boba. Peanut sauce for spring rolls is not gluten-free. If you have celiac disease or a serious allergy, let us know when you order.
What is northern-style phở?
Northern-style phở is the way phở began in Hanoi: a clear, balanced beef broth that is not sweet, served with fresh basil, lime and bean sprouts on the side. Most phở in Central Texas is southern-style, which is sweeter.
What is oxtail phở?
Oxtail Phở (Phở Đuôi Bò) is our signature bowl: beef broth slow-simmered for 24 hours with oxtail, served with rice noodles and fresh herbs. It is $18.50.
Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes. Vegan Phở (Phở Chay) has a vegan broth with steamed tofu, broccoli, peas, carrots and straw mushroom. Tofu bánh mì, tofu spring rolls, tofu vermicelli bowls, tofu rice plates and egg or veggie fried rice are marked V.
Is there a kids' menu?
Little Phở is a kids' portion of phở with one meat (2 oz) for $8.00.
Can I add boba to my drink?
